1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00).
Orders placed after 14:30 will be processed on the next business day.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. Customers are not charged any shipping fees.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier and destination.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
Tracking updates will be available through the courier service.
5. Shipping company:
We use a The Courier Guy company to handle all deliveries.
